Terms of Service
Neurork Inc., a US corporation, owned by Neurkern
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher (for example 19 in South Korea, 21 in Singapore). Neurork's services aren't for children, and a parent can't agree for them.
- If you give a birthday under that age, we refuse the sign-up and block that email until the day before your adult birthday (23:59 New York time). If the birthday was a mistake, you can prove your age once with a photo ID checked by Stripe Identity. If the ID shows you're under age, the block stays and uses the ID's date. Help: Verification@support.axork.com.
- Every account needs a verified mobile number, a password and two-step sign-in (a passkey or an authenticator app).
- One free account per person. If a new free account looks like a second one (the same network as another free account, the same name in the same place, or a VPN), we ask for a photo ID before it can be used. We keep only the result and a locked fingerprint of your name and date of birth, never the ID or the photo.
- We can't offer our services in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, because of international sanctions law.
- Keep your password, codes and devices safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your @username is yours while your account exists. Your matching @daxolex.com address (and @axork.com, which is used by our own staff) is reserved for you and can't be taken by anyone else. Deleted usernames are only reused after the holding period in Settings' deletion rules.
- New accounts get a one-time gift of free Impulses to try models. They're valid for 12 months, have no cash value, and may be held back if we see signs of abuse, such as many accounts from one device.
2. Plans and what they include
Here is what each plan includes today. We show you the terms of your chosen plan again, with the exact amount, before you pay.
Loading plans…
We may change what plans include. If a change reduces what you get on a paid plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
3. Billing, proration and plan changes
- Monthly, on your bill day. Paid plans renew automatically every month on your bill day until you cancel (Basal renews every year on the date you first paid, see below). Your bill day is the day of the month your statements start: the day you joined, unless you moved it before buying (the 29th to 31st fall on a shorter month's last day). Your first payment covers the days until your bill day. Plans bought before 25 October 2026 keep renewing on the 1st until you change plan; then your statements move to that renewal day.
- Joining mid-month. Your first charge is only for the days left until your bill day (for example, joining Pulse halfway to your bill day costs about half the monthly price). From your bill day you pay the full monthly price. Your first month's usage allowance is shared out the same way.
- Upgrading. You can upgrade any time. You're charged right away for the difference between the two plans' prices for the days left in your billing month, and the new plan starts immediately. Your bill day stays the same.
- Downgrading. Nothing is charged or refunded. You keep your current plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and the lower plan and price start on your next bill day. You can undo a waiting downgrade before then.
- How you pay. Card and wallet payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay on the web) are handled by Stripe; PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basal (yearly). Basal is paid for a year at a time, at the price shown on your country's site. It renews on the date you first paid, and we remind you 30 days before. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for. If you bought Basal as a one-time payment before 3 November 2026, that purchase keeps its original terms: it never renews, and if we close Daxolex Mail and Synaram within 3 years of your payment we refund the unused share, pro rata.
- Extra storage. Storage is shown in the usual units (KB, MB, GB, TB, PB), and billing uses exact byte counts. Extra storage is a separate monthly subscription in sizes from +128 GB to +5 TB, on every plan including Basal. When you buy it you choose how to pay: with your plan (today you pay only for the days left until your plan's bill day, then each month on that day) or on its own date (a full month today, then on the same date each month). A bigger size is charged now for the days left; a smaller one is credited on the next bill. You can cancel any time, and it ends when the paid month does.
- Taxes. Prices in pounds, and prices for people in the EU, include VAT. Elsewhere, including the US, prices may not include sales tax or GST; where required, it's added at checkout.
- Failed payments. If a renewal can't be charged we'll tell you and retry. If it still fails after a few days, your account moves to Free. Nothing you've saved is deleted.
- Price changes. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.
4. Impulses
- Every message, image or email send uses Impulses, depending on the model or feature. Lite Chat models use 0 Impulses on every plan, subject to a fair-use limit of 60 messages an hour. Standard models use few Impulses; Advanced (reasoning) models use more.
- On Free, Impulses refresh daily and don't carry over. On paid plans your usage is shown as percentages of your plan's usage window (5 or 10 hours by plan; Plexus Max has none) and a monthly allowance.
- Unused paid-plan Impulses roll over. At the end of each paid month, the included Impulses you didn't use move into your separate saved balance. There is no accumulation cap and they never expire. The number converted can depend on your plan's Impulse valuation; your paid value is retained. Extra Impulses from the launch boost don't roll over. Rollover does not create a new purchase or restart the original payment's cash-refund deadline.
- We warn you at 50%, 75% and 95% of your allowance. At 100%, paid models pause until your allowance resets, you buy extra Impulses, or you upgrade. Lite Chat keeps working.
- Impulses you pay for never expire. That covers Impulse packs, Spikes and rolled-over plan Impulses. Free and promotional Impulses (like the welcome gift) keep the expiry date we show with them and have no cash value.
- Gifts. You can give Impulses you paid for to people in your contacts (up to 20 gifts a day, after "Confirm it's you"). The person who gets them can use them on Neurork services only. Gifted Impulses can never be turned into money, by them or by you.
- Spikes (the Synaptic Multiplex) are top-ups of 1,000 Impulses for one kind of model: Reflex (myelo, synap), Somatic (soma, tract) or Cortical (kortex, images and video). They never expire, are used only after your plan's own Impulses run out, and are cheaper on higher plans.
- Launch boost. Until the date shown on the Plans page, every plan gets extra Impulses and Lite Chat, paid for from our start-up model credits. After that date, the normal amounts apply.
5. Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time on the Plans page. You can choose to keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, or to stop now with a refund.
- Fair refund when you stop now. We refund what you paid this month, less the larger of: the days you've had, or what you've used valued at your plan's own Spike prices. We also keep the card fee. The plan ends straight away and you move to Free.
- After you cancel, your data stays. If you're storing more than Free includes, the storage rule in Schedule PMI section 6 applies until you download or delete files.
- Cash-out of purchased Impulses (30 days). Eligible unused purchased Impulses, including packs and Spikes, can be refunded to the original Stripe or PayPal payment method within 30 days of the original payment (Plans → Your Impulses, after "Confirm it's you"). The amount is based on the actual paid value of the unused portion, less its share of applicable non-returned processing fees. Each payment method must also be able to accept a refund. Refunded Impulses are removed. After the cash-refund deadline, purchased Impulses remain usable as non-cash service credit. A rolled-over plan balance keeps the original payment's refund deadline; because rollover normally happens at renewal, its cash-refund window will usually already be over. Gifts, free and promotional Impulses cannot be cashed out. This does not affect statutory rights.
- When money arrives. Axork may need to check an uncertain processor response before confirming a refund. Once a Stripe card refund has been issued, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on the account; payment-method and bank timing can vary. We do not promise that money will arrive within one hour.
- Basal is a yearly plan: cancelling stops the next year's charge, and the fair-refund rule above applies to the year you paid for. A one-time Basal bought before 3 November 2026 isn't refundable, except where the law requires it, or if we close Daxolex Mail and Synaram within 3 years of that payment (then the unused share comes back, pro rata).
- If you dispute a charge with your bank, the plan or Impulses it paid for may be paused while it's resolved.
Schedule PMI-2026: the yearly review
This schedule is part of the Neurork Terms of Service (/terms on every Neurork site). It explains how we keep prices steady while
the cost of models and storage changes.
1. Your price is locked
- You keep paying the price you signed up at, for as long as you stay on the same plan: every monthly plan, a plan you built, and the yearly price for Basal.
- We absorb changes in VAT and in our running costs. We don't pass price rises on to existing subscribers.
- If you switch plan, the price of the new plan at that time applies.
2. What can change each April
- Once a year, starting on 1 April, we may change what each plan includes: Impulses, Lite Chat, storage
and the list of models. Amounts can go up or down. They depend on what models and cloud storage cost us,
on exchange rates, and on keeping Axork running for the long term.
- Older models may be retired and replaced with newer ones. The models you can use on 31 March may differ from those
on 1 April.
- We'll tell you at least 30 days before 1 April, by email and in Axork, and show exactly what changes on your plan.
3. How changes are worked out
- Daxolex Mail and Synaram are encrypted at rest, and our search uses keyed fingerprints instead of readable
words. We don't read your mail, messages or files to set allowances.
- Changes are worked out from totals only, such as storage used and Impulses used over the last 12 months.
4. Choosing in April
- From 1 April to 15 April, the first time you open Axork we'll ask you to choose:
- Keep your plan at your locked price, with the new allowances;
- Switch plan; or
- Cancel with a fair refund (section 5 of the Terms).
- Until you choose, Axork is paused for you. You can still reach your plans, billing, Camrive downloads and
your account export. We keep a signed record of your choice.
- Concession: if your plan now gives less than before, you can claim a one-off £16 (or $20) for that year, but never more than one month of the price you pay. You can take it as credit on your next card payment, or as Somatic Spikes, which never expire. Free plans given by Neurork (comp plans and referral passes) don't get it.
5. If you don't choose by 15 April
- If you've used Axork in the last six months: you stay on your plan at your locked price, with the new allowances.
- If you haven't used Axork for six months: your plan stops renewing, so you won't be charged again. The unused
part of your current month becomes Somatic Spikes, which never expire. Your files stay where they are, under the
storage rule in section 6.
6. Storage over your allowance
- If you're storing more than your plan includes (for example after an April change, a downgrade or a cancellation),
Axork pauses everything except downloading, deleting, moving mail, plans, billing and your account export.
- You can carry on as normal as soon as you're back under your allowance, either by deleting or downloading files,
or by adding storage.
- This keeps Axork sustainable: storing data costs us every month.
7. Your rights
- None of this affects your legal rights. That includes your right to cancel, your right to a refund where the law
gives one, and your right to download your data.
6. Purchases in the iPhone, Android and Huawei apps
Subscriptions bought in an app store are billed and managed by that store under its own terms: cancel or change them in your phone's settings. If you switch to paying on the web, your web plan starts only when the store plan you already paid for ends, so you're never billed twice.
7. Your content
You own what you upload and create. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you (for example, to answer your questions, search your email for you, or show shared files to the people you shared them with). We don't use your private chats, files, email or messages to train models. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Corlatra's answers
Corlatra's answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information, and don't rely on answers as professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice. You're always told when you're talking to a computer, not a person. Models are run by other companies: Amazon Bedrock runs the chat, image and video models, and IBM watsonx runs the helpers in the background (mail help, Bruno, search help and summaries). Quick rewrites in the mail composer can run on your own device instead; what you send to a model is processed by its provider to produce the answer.
Those companies change and retire models on their own timetable. When one retires, Axork moves you to the closest model in the same family (so your plan and Spikes keep working) and tells you. Your price never changes because of it; allowances only change at the yearly April review.
8a. Wellbeing
Axork is a tool, not a feed. We don't use streaks, infinite feeds, autoplay, guilt messages or notifications meant to pull you back. You can see your time on Axork and set a daily limit, take-a-break reminders and quiet hours in Settings → Wellbeing. Cancelling a plan is as easy as starting one.
9. Email and messages
- Email is sent and received through Amazon Web Services. Sending limits apply per plan. Don't use Axork for bulk or unsolicited email.
- End-to-end encrypted chats can only be read on your devices. We can't recover them if you lose every device that had the keys.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may filter spam and phishing, and act on reports.
9a. The Neurork sites and Daxolex Mail
- Axork (axork.com), Daxolex Mail (daxolex.com), Camrive (camrive.com), Synaram (synaram.com) and Chiasmar (chiasmar.com) are five Neurork services. Each has its own site, and you can also open Daxolex Mail, Camrive, Synaram and Chiasmar inside Axork. All of them are run by us under these Terms, with one Neurork Account.
- Members of the public get a @daxolex.com address. Our staff use @axork.com. If you switched on email before daxolex.com existed, your @axork.com address keeps receiving mail, and @daxolex.com becomes the address you send from.
- Signing in on one site signs you in on the others. Signing out of one signs you out of all of them.
- Each person may have one Neurork Account. A browser can list several accounts, for example on a shared family computer, but each of them must belong to a different person.
10. Organisations
If an organisation (such as your employer) manages your account, its Master and manager accounts can create, change, suspend or move your account and set your plan up to the organization's own plan. If a manager's account is deleted, your account and data stay intact and move to the organization's Master. The organization's own agreement with you also applies.
11. Suspension and ending
You can delete your account any time in Settings → Reset and delete. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, put others at risk, or don't pay. Where we can, we'll tell you why and let you download your data first.
12. Legal terms
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes. That is the law of the country you live in. You keep every protection your local consumer law gives you, and you can bring a claim where you live.
- EU and UK customers can cancel a new subscription within 14 days for a full refund of what they haven't used. Starting to use Axork straight away doesn't remove that right.
- Company: [COMPANY NAME], a US corporation registered in [US STATE], United States of America, registration number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered address [ADDRESS].
- We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it applies; using Axork after that means you accept it. You agree to the version shown when you buy or change a plan, and we keep a record of which version, plan and price you agreed to.
- Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Letters and legal notices: [ADDRESS].
