Each way stays off until it is switched on. Nothing is charged on this page until a payment service confirms it.
Crypto
Cancel online at any time on the Billing page, in two clicks. We remind you 7 days before each renewal. In the UK and EU you have 14 days to change your mind: you get back what you paid, less a fair amount for what you've used, and no card fee is taken off.
Your Impulses
Unused paid monthly Impulses roll over without a cap or expiry. Packs you paid for also stay usable; free and promotional Impulses can expire. Each batch remembers its purchase value.
Where they came from
Refund unused purchased Impulses
Cash-out generally ends 30 days after the original payment, not 30 days after rollover. If you want to end your current subscription early, use the separate cancellation refund option under your plan. Refunds go to the original payment method; card funds normally take 5–10 business days after issuance.
Add-ons
One-off packs for one thing at a time: model messages, pictures, video clips and Locigram packs (maps, premium search and Better search). They don't expire, and you see the price before you pay.
Mail help pass
For Resting and Basal. One payment for a year of Corlatra in Daxolex Mail. Pulse and the plans above it already include it.
Synaptic Multiplex
Top up with Spikes. One Spike is 1,000 Impulses for one kind of model. Spikes never expire and are used only after your plan's own Impulses run out.
Video add-on
Video (kinesis) is included with Plexus and the plans above it. On Pulse, Pulse+, Myelin and Myelin+, buy clips. A clip has to fit in the 5-hour window to start.
